missing minibar double charge

i was disappointed by several issues . the absence of a minibar in the room was unexpected. additionally the payment process was inconvenient as a large sum was frozen on my card both before and during checkout resulting in a double charge initially and delayed access to the funds even weeks later causing unnecessary financial burden. this matter was handled poorly by the manager who cited hotel policy.
