My stay at Hilton Istanbul Bakirkoy was less than satisfactory. On one hand, I enjoyed the stunning views of the Marmara Sea and appreciated the room's cleanliness. On the other hand, the service was disappointing, with unresponsive staff and my specific room requests not honored. Overall, the experience left me frustrated rather than relaxed during what should have been a special getaway.
